2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Volantrix's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- distribute, transmit, or display the materials to third parties
- use the materials for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Volantrix at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
The materials on Volantrix's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Volantrix makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
3. Service Description
Volantrix provides comprehensive marketing and software development services including but not limited to digital marketing strategies, web development, mobile application development, SEO optimization, social media management, content creation, and technical consulting services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or that they will be free from errors or interruptions. Service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control including but not limited to internet connectivity, third-party service providers, and technical maintenance.
All service deliverables are subject to client approval and may require revisions based on feedback. We strive to meet agreed-upon timelines but cannot guarantee completion dates due to the collaborative nature of our work and potential scope changes.
Our services are provided in accordance with industry best practices and standards. However, results may vary based on market conditions, client cooperation, and other external factors beyond our control.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information about their business, goals, and requirements
- Timely payment of invoices according to agreed payment terms
- Providing necessary access to systems, data, and third-party accounts
- Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner (typically within 5 business days)
- Providing feedback and direction to ensure project alignment with expectations
- Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
- Ensuring they have the necessary rights to any content, trademarks, or materials provided to Volantrix
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays, additional costs, or termination of services. Clients are responsible for any consequences arising from their failure to fulfill these obligations.
Clients must notify Volantrix immediately of any changes to their business, contact information, or project requirements that may affect the scope or delivery of services.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or project proposals. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to invoices as required by law. Clients are responsible for any bank transfer fees or currency conversion costs.
For ongoing services, billing will occur monthly in advance. For project-based work, payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement and may include milestone-based payments.
Volantrix reserves the right to require advance payment or deposits for new clients or large projects. Refunds are generally not provided for completed work, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet delivered.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Volantrix or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Any work created specifically for clients will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Clients retain ownership of their existing intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary information. Volantrix will not claim ownership of client materials provided for use in projects.
Any third-party materials, including fonts, images, or software libraries used in projects, remain subject to their respective licenses. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with these licenses.
Volantrix may retain copies of completed work for portfolio purposes and case studies, unless specifically requested otherwise by the client in writing.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, contact us, or use our services. We also automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns when you visit our website.
We use this information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive business information disclosed during the course of our business relationship.
This confidentiality obligation extends to all employees, contractors, and third parties working on behalf of either party. Confidential information may only be disclosed with prior written consent or as required by law.
This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship and continues indefinitely unless the information becomes publicly available through no breach of this agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Volantrix or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Volantrix's website, even if Volantrix or a Volantrix authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Cyprus, unless both parties agree to alternative dispute resolution methods.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11. Changes to Terms

Material changes to these terms will be communicated to existing clients via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue use of our services and may terminate any ongoing agreements in accordance with their terms.
